About our Programs
Football is one of the most cherished sport all around the globe. Our founder Dequin Evans is also an ex-NFL player. He is specifically coaching the football training sessions, where he focuses on building a balance between muscle fibers, cardiorespiratory aspect of the players, and running mechanics, thus improving the running speed.
After working on the running pace, the focus is shifted to working on foot control exercises along with controlling the ball. The players are also encouraged to work on their overall fitness, such as strengthening exercises, knee maintenance, and ankle stability.
